Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Lakshiq (lakshiq.in), based in Chandigarh, India. By creating an account or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Lakshiq provides online interview-preparation content for data roles, including study notes, practice questions, timed mock tests and model interview answers, for Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Engineer, Analytics Engineer and Data Scientist roles. The content is for learning purposes and does not guarantee any job, interview or exam result.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and keep your password private.
• Each account is for one person only. Sharing accounts or login details is not allowed.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms, such as by sharing accounts or copying content.

3. Free preview

Each course offers a free preview, which includes some notes, practice questions, interview answers and one short mock test. The free preview may change at any time.

4. Pricing and payment

• Single course: ₹149 for 30 days of full access to that course.
• All-courses bundle: ₹499 for 30 days of full access to every course.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay using UPI, cards, net banking or wallets.
• Purchases do not renew automatically. To continue after 30 days, you can buy again. Buying before your access ends adds 30 days to your current expiry date.
• We may change prices in future. Price changes don’t affect access you have already paid for.

5. Delivery of service

Lakshiq is a digital service; nothing is shipped. Access to a purchased course is unlocked on your account immediately after successful payment, usually within a few seconds. If access doesn’t appear within 30 minutes of a successful payment, email support@lakshiq.in with your payment ID and we will resolve it within 24 hours.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, download, record, resell, publish or share Lakshiq content outside the platform.
• Use automated tools to access or scrape the service.
• Attempt to bypass payment, access controls or security.
• Use the service for anything unlawful.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Lakshiq, including notes, questions, explanations, answers and design, belongs to Lakshiq and is protected by copyright law. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own preparation during your access period.

8. Accuracy of content

We work to keep content accurate and up to date, but errors can happen. Please use the “Report a problem” option on any question you believe is wrong, and we will review it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Lakshiq is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.

10. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page. Continuing to use Lakshiq after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chandigarh, India.
